From the Options menu on any compliance collection, a site administrator is able to request an export of document directory files. This will deliver a zip file containing:
- a folder including all Document Directory files, within their existing folder structure in Compliance Assist
- a folder including all files associated with standards/requirements in a compliance collection report
- a manifest document outlining the File Name and Compliance Assist URL for each file in the export
This export may be helpful when submitting your self study to certain accreditors, depending on the submission guidelines of the accreditor.
You will receive an email at the email address associated with your account when the file has processed. Depending on the size of the document directory, this could take several minutes. Please check your spam folder for an email from "noreply@planning.mail.campuslabs.com" if you do not receive it in your inbox. If you have not received an email within an hour, please contact Support (support@campuslabs.com).
From the email, click on the link. This will initiate the download of your zip file.
