In the Gallery module, click on the organizational unit your role is assigned to (this would be the same as in the Planning module).
Using the +Add Folder or Upload File links in the work space, choose your next step:
After clicking on +Add Folder, you will see a new window asking you to name the folder, click Create Folder.
After clicking on Upload File, a new window will appear that will allow you to browse your computer for the files. You may upload one document at a time (by default), or click Upload Multiple Files in the window in which you'll get multiple browser lines. Click Select next to the browser line to search your computer for the file you wish to upload. Click Upload File(s). Once uploaded, you're able to continue uploading or close the window.
If you need to move files around (from folder to folder), click and drag the file to the new location.
If you need to Rename, Delete, or Replace a file, right-click on the file and perform the action.
To make a file public (so all users can see the file), right-click on the file and choose Permissions. In the new window, click Enable Public View, and close the window.
