The Gallery is a document repository that is included with a Compliance Assist Planning (V1) module license. It is organized via the campus organizational chart and allows users to upload shared documentation to their org. units in regard to their assessment or strategic planning work. Any documents in the Gallery can be linked to a Planning item created in the Planning module. Access to the Gallery is determined by a user's role, just like in the Planning module, and you can choose whether to provide read-only vs. administrator access, which would allow to the user to manage their own documents in their assigned org. unit.
Additionally, if your campus licenses our Accreditation and/or Program Review modules, documentation from the Gallery can also be linked into those reports.
