Implementing a new piece of technology on campus can often be a challenge, especially when working with hundreds of faculty or staff.

To alleviate the stress this may cause on a large scale, consider implementing the product at a pilot level first. Invite two to four departments to work in the site before releasing it to the larger population. These pilot groups can express any likes, dislikes, or concerns about the set-up of the site(s), and you can make changes accordingly to fit everyone's needs by the time full implementation needs to be completed.

Ask your Consultant how a pilot implementation can be achieved on your campus.
