With budget cuts affecting campuses across the country, some institutions have begun to use the Program Review module for program prioritization--ranking academic programs to determine the need for resource allocation or to identify low-functioning programs. The Moody Bible Institute, for example, has implemented the Program Review module in conjunction with the Baseline Rubrics tool to help with this process. An example of the Program Review template is attached along with the various rubrics used throughout the report to judge the Faculty Response section. The Baseline rubrics are located within the Description field of the Program Review's standard and are used by members appointed to the review committee. (Note that the template example does not include Faculty Responses.)
