When an institution adopts the Compliance Assist platform it is assigned a Consultant. Your campus will work with that Consultant during the implementation of the site. Your Consultant will also be there to provide continued technical support after implementation. Consultants will provide technical training to campus users via webinar.
Consultants at Campus Labs are assigned by region. There are four regions--West, Midwest, East, and South--each of our Consultants are also knowledgeable about Accreditation processes for the respective regional accrediting agencies.
Most of the communication your campus will have with a Consultant is via your campus's Site Administrator.
