Most institutions have authenticated Compliance Assist websites. This means that when you access the CA website, you will be prompted to login through your campus’ server. If this is the case, you will use your everyday campus credentials to access CA.
*If you’re not sure whether your campus is authenticated or not, speak with your Site Administrator. Most authenticated sites will have a custom login screen unique to the institution.
If your institution’s Compliance Assist website is not authenticated, you’ll need to contact your Site Administrator to confirm your username and reset your password. Passwords are not stored, in any way, with Campus Labs.
